In the initial design phase, he listened to what we wanted and then came up with an amazing design we liked right from the start. For the small changes we requested, he was quick to go with our wishes. When we had to pull it back a bit for the budget, he worked hard to keep the general feel and intent of the house but still find efficient cost-cutting measures. As a side, his software that allows you to actually see and walk through a potential new build is so amazing--for someone who has trouble visualizing a home from a blueprint, this is a real bonus. During the construction of the home, David worked with us and our builder to make sure the integrity of the design was followed. We whole-heartedly endorse David Hueter Design.
